Do I need an account?
What plans do you offer?
Monthly and annual plans. Both auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You will get a reminder 14 days before payment is taken. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds once a payment has been taken (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Posting allowances
How many posts can I submit?
You show “recommended weekly” numbers, are those enforced weekly?
No. Weekly numbers are guidance only. We monitor and enforce monthly by your billing cycle.
What if I hit my monthly limit early?
You will not be able to submit more until the next monthly renewal.
Can I upgrade mid-month for more posts?
Do draft or deleted posts count towards my monthly quota?
Yes — both draft and deleted posts count towards your monthly post allowance. Contributors are asked to confirm that they understand it’s their responsibility to manage this by only adding articles they intend to publish.
If you decide not to use a draft, do not delete it. Instead, type over the top of the existing content to create your new post. This ensures the post slot still counts toward your monthly quota while allowing you to replace material you no longer wish to publish.
Please note we are unable to reset post quotas.
Submitting articles
Who can contribute?
Registered members aged eighteen or over, or the minimum legal age in their country to form a binding contract. Users under eighteen may contribute only with consent of a parent or legal guardian. See our Contributor Policy for standards.

Do I keep my rights?
You keep ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, distribute and promote your content (see Terms /Contributor Policy).
What happens if I submit an article that is the same or similar to one that you have already received from another contributor?
How can I preview my article before submitting it?
Once you’ve finished your article, click Save Draft. Then, from the top menu bar, select Account. In the left-hand menu, choose My Articles, and click Preview next to the article you want to review.
Take a moment to check your formatting, links, and any uploaded media before you submit; you won’t be able to make changes afterwards.
