What is Life Science Daily News?
We are a UK-based digital publication covering daily news with biotechnology, clinical trials, health tech, pharma, regulatory, and the business of life sciences for a global audience.
Who makes your content?
News and analysis come from our approved contributors and our editorial team. Member submissions are reviewed by editors before publication.
Is your content medical advice?
No. Our reporting is for general information only. Always seek professional advice for medical, regulatory, legal or investment decisions.
Accounts and subscriptions
Do I need an account?
Yes you need to create an account to submit content, manage your profile, and access member features. However, you do not need an account to view our content.
What plans do you offer?
Monthly and annual plans. Both auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice before the next billing date. You will get a reminder 14 days before payment is taken. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds once a payment has been taken (this does not affect your statutory rights).
How do I cancel?
Go to Account Settings → Subscription. You can also contact us if you need help.
Will I get invoices/receipts?
Yes you can download invoices anytime from Account Settings → Billing.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your account will be put on hold until payment is resolved.
Posting allowances (contributors and members)
How many posts can I submit?
Each plan includes a monthly post allowance shown on the pricing page and in your account.
You show “recommended weekly” numbers, are those enforced weekly?
No. Weekly numbers are guidance only. We monitor and enforce monthly by your billing cycle.
What if I hit my monthly limit early?
You will not be able to submit more until the next monthly renewal. You can still view and edit prior submissions.
Can I upgrade mid-month for more posts?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately for the remainder of the current billing month.
Submitting articles
Who can contribute?
Registered members aged 13+ (under-18s with guardian consent). See our Contributor Policy for standards.
What can I submit?
News, analysis, opinion, interviews, explainers and relevant press releases.
How does editorial review work?
All submissions are reviewed for relevance, compliance and house style. We may edit for length, clarity, images for legal reasons. Publication is not guaranteed.
Do I keep my rights?
You keep ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, distribute and promote your content (see Terms /Contributor Policy).
What happens if I submit an article that is the same or similar to one that you have already received from another contributor?
Our editors will assess overlap and news value. We may decline duplicative pieces, request revisions to provide a new angle, or combine insights where appropriate. Submitting an article does not guarantee publication, and editorial decisions are final.
Using our content
Can I link to your stories?
Yes. Please link to the public URL. Do not frame our pages or imply endorsement. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.
Can I republish your articles on other sites?
Not without written permission. Contact us for any requests.
Corrections, complaints and takedowns
How do I request a correction?
Email us with the URL, the correction needed, and supporting context. We review promptly and may correct, update, or add an editor’s note.
How do I report defamation, privacy or IP concerns?
Contact our Legal team via the Contact Us form with the URL, description and your contact details. We will review and reply with next steps.
Availability and service changes
Will the site always be available?
Access is provided on a temporary basis and may be suspended, restricted or changed without notice for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
What happens if you change features or prices?
We may adjust features and subscription prices from time to time and provide reasonable notice where required. You can cancel before changes take effect.

Do you use cookies?
Yes – for essential functions, analytics and advertising where permitted. Manage preferences via our cookie banner/settings.
International readers
Do these Terms apply outside the UK?
Yes, with England and Wales as governing law. If you are a consumer outside the UK, mandatory rights in your country still apply.

Primarily in the UK, and sometimes in other countries with appropriate safeguards (see Privacy Policy).
