Partnership pairs Vivan’s genotype resolved cancer screening data with Ad Atomica’s AI driven molecule design platform

LONDON, UK, 16 September 2026: Vivan Therapeutics and Ad Atomica today announced a discovery collaboration. Vivan tests thousands of drugs and drug combinations against the genetic profiles of individual patients’ tumours. Ad Atomica uses AI to design new small molecules from scratch. Together, the companies will use Vivan’s data to design new cancer drug candidates.

The partnership combines Vivan’s insight into which therapies work in which tumour genotypes with Ad Atomica’s ability to rapidly repurpose existing therapeutics and design new ones. The companies are beginning with an evaluation phase, applying Ad Atomica’s platform to selected data from Vivan’s screening programme to identify where genotype-informed design could yield promising new candidates.

“We’re excited to partner with Ad Atomica. Their speed, design capability and commercial insight are exactly what we need to interrogate the data we have generated, unlock its value and turn it into real drug candidates,” said Laura Towart, Founder and CEO of Vivan Therapeutics.

“Vivan has built a proprietary dataset of a kind that rarely exists in oncology. Pairing it with our system gives us a real opportunity to bring new drug candidates to patients quickly and effectively,” said Adam Davis, CEO of Ad Atomica.

Both companies intend to expand the collaboration, subject to the results of the initial evaluation.

Vivan Therapeutics is based at White City Place in West London, which has rapidly emerged as a centre of excellence for life sciences and biotech innovation.

About Vivan Therapeutics

Vivan Therapeutics (the trading name of My Personal Therapeutics Ltd) is a precision oncology company translating patient tumour genotypes into personalised treatment options. Its platform, developed at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, uses genetically engineered Drosophila “avatars” to screen thousands of drugs and drug combinations in vivo against an individual patient’s tumour genotype, and has generated more than 50 million tumour-drug datapoints to date. The company operates in the United Kingdom, Abu Dhabi Global Market and Beijing. For more information, visit www.vivantx.com.

About Ad Atomica

Ad Atomica is a London-based, AI-native drug discovery company. Its platform designs new small molecules from synthetic data rather than screening libraries of existing compounds, and refines them through a rapid design make test cycle. For more information, visit www.adatomica.com.
